The aluminum Motor Mount and Wheel Kit is a precision-machined mechanical drive system designed for mobile robotic platforms. The brushed motors are worm-gear driven, and the main drive axle (0.5” dia.) is cradled in a ball bearing assembly for smooth-rolling performance. The included 36-position disk Quadrature Encoders resolve to 144 discrete ticks per tire revolution for precision navigation.
Ready to build your own custom mid-sized robot? This kit pairs well with the Heavy Duty Caster Wheel Kit (#64080)
