This 1/16" Cotter Pin is the "axle" that attaches a tail-wheel ball (700-00009) attaches to the robot chassis (700-00022) for our Parallax Small Robots.  A cotter pin is included in the Small Robot Hardware Refresher Pack (570-35000). It is also offered here individually as a replacement part.
