Parallax offers several forms of support, each with its own advantages.  We strive to answer your questions quickly, efficiently, and correctly so you can proceed with your project.

Please include:

• A detailed description of the problem
• Schematic and project photo if there is a circuit involved
• Link to any curriculum or documentation you are using
• Test code that fails (preferably stripped down) if there’s a program involved
  

How long does it take to get help? Anywhere from the same morning to later in the day. If you're running a classroom with our products and have stopped due to a technical problem we will answer immediately.

The support forums are an excellent way to get help quickly in off-hours, and questions are usually answered by long-time Parallax customers.
